SunnySide Catering is operated by Feel Good Foods, LLC dba SunnySide Cafe, 101 Market Street, Clemson, SC 29631. This page describes information used by our catering ordering website.
Information we use
We collect the name, email, telephone number, business or event name, delivery address, order selections, special instructions and catering date you provide. If you create a customer account, we store your name, email and a protected password hash. We also keep order, payment-status and refund records to provide receipts and monthly statements.
Why we use it
We use this information to review and fulfill catering requests, calculate delivery fees, communicate about orders, process payments and refunds, support your account, and prepare receipts and statements. Account verification and password-reset links help protect access to your saved orders.
Services that help us operate
- Stripe processes payment details through the embedded payment form. Our application does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We retain payment references, amounts and status. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
- Google Maps receives the delivery address and our restaurant’s starting address to calculate a driving route used for your delivery quote. Google’s handling of this information is described in the Google Privacy Policy, which applies to the Google Maps features used here.
- Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and stores application records.
- Resend delivers order and account emails, including the information contained in those messages.
Authorized SunnySide account holders use order information to operate the catering business. Kitchen build sheets may contain order and delivery details needed to prepare and fulfill your order.
Cookies, browser storage and private links
We use sign-in cookies and browser storage for account access, the shopping cart, order access and preview access. Stripe may use its own technologies to operate and protect payments. Private order links grant access to an order; do not forward them. Sign out on shared devices. Clearing browser storage may remove guest access saved on that device.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and order records for service, customer support and business recordkeeping. Orders are not automatically deleted when you sign out. Password-reset links expire after 15 minutes; email-verification links expire after 24 hours. To request access, a correction or deletion of your information, contact 704-787-0339 or oursunnysidecafe@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, payment disputes or legal obligations. Guest ordering is available without a customer account.
